the scriptures?!

Acts 17:10-15

10 The brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea, and when they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews.

11 Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.

12 Therefore many of them believed, along with a number of prominent Greek women and men. 13 But when the Jews of Thessalonica found out that the word of God had been proclaimed by Paul in Berea also, they came there as well, agitating and stirring up the crowds. 14 Then immediately the brethren sent Paul out to go as far as the sea; and Silas and Timothy remained there. 15 Now those who escorted Paul brought him as far as Athens; and receiving a command for Silas and Timothy to come to him as soon as possible, they left.

Christ's Glory & The Prophetic Word

16 For we did not follow cleverly devised tales when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such an utterance as this was made to Him by the Majestic Glory, “This is My beloved Son with whom I am well-pleased”— 18 and we ourselves heard this utterance made from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain.

19 So we have the prophetic word

(God's Word & our Sword)

made more sure(NASB),

more fully confirmed(ESV),

more sure(KJV),

confirmed(NKJV),

to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the Morning Star (Jesus, Revelation 2:28, 22:16) arises in your hearts.

20 But know this first of all,

that no prophecy of Scripture

is a matter of one’s own interpretation,

21 for no prophecy

was ever made by an act of human will,

but men moved by

the Holy Spirit spoke from God.

Conclusion, clearly reinforced by other Holy Scriptures:

17 “Do not think that I (JESUS) came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. 18 For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke(NASB), not an iota, not a dot(ESV), one jot or one tittle(KJV /NKJV)shall pass from the Law (prophetic Word) until all is accomplished ... Heaven and earth will pass away, but My (prophetic) Words will not pass away (Mathew 5:17-18, Mark 13:31, Matthew 24:35)."

Will YOU:

TRUST in the Word of the Morning Star (Jesus) and you will do well. For 1"in these last days has spoken to us in/by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world."  Jesus did not abolish the Law, but fulfilled it. ... therefore, 1"God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, 2 in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world (Hebrews 1:1-2)."

If YOU:

seek signs or wonders or miracles or voices or dreams or visions ... you will be headed away from the written Word (God's Word) of the WORD (Jesus the Logos in Greek) ... you will be headed away from the Prophetic Word (The Bible & The Sword & the Word of the Holy Spirit point directly to Christ the WORD, the Logos) that is more sure & more fully confirmed ... and you are headed in the WRONG direction, at very best, as brother-in-Christ & come back!

May God forbid, BUT at worst, you will be headed into Apostasy and may be proven to be proven a false-apostle, a false-prophet, or maybe even a false-christ with the spirit of error (that is antichrist as defined by The Sword of Jesus & the Spirit, God's Holy Word).

🌈The Rainbow🌈

God reveals Himself to all people in the world through general revelation.  His creations are evident in the book of Genesis chapter 1 and now through His signs to the non-believers of the faith in His Word. Jesus specifically reveals Himself through the Bible Scriptures, and from the word, we learn how to relate with Him as our Lord and Savior.

Yes, Jesus loved us all and gave his s
inless, perfect life as a ransom to pay for our salvation.  Just as it was in the days of Noah, those who believed and entered the ark were physically saved from God's judgment, and so the rainbow 🌈 is God's reminder to all generations.

🌈Salvation🌈
Romans 10:10  for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

Will you love Him back

Our love for Christ can be displayed when we share His love with others. Preaching His warnings and promises to all people in hope and prayer that they may turn to fear God and be saved 🙏.

Philippians 2:1-18  [Be Like Christ] Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.

Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.

For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.

Do all things without grumbling or disputing; so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I will have reason to glory because I did not run in vain nor toil in vain.

But even if I am being poured out as a drink offering upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice and share my joy with you all.

You too, I urge you, rejoice in the same way and share your joy with me.

The Adulterous Woman

1 But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. 2 Early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people were coming to Him; and He sat down and began to teach them. 3 The scribes and the Pharisees *brought a woman caught in adultery, and having set her in the center of the court, 4 they *said to Him,

“Teacher, this woman has been caught in adultery, in the very act. 5 Now in the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women; what then do You say?”

6 They were saying this, testing Him, so that they might have grounds for accusing Him. But Jesus stooped down and with His finger wrote on the ground.

7 But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them,

“He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.”

8 Again He stooped down and wrote on the ground.

9 When they heard it, they began to go out one by one, beginning with the older ones, and He was left alone, and the woman, where she was, in the center of the court.

10 Straightening up, Jesus said to her,

Woman, where are they? Did no one condemn you?”

11 She said,

No one, Lord.”

And Jesus said,

I do not condemn you, either.

Go. From now on sin no more.”

Grace & Peace to You in The WORD, Jesus:

Thank you Brother, don't be afraid to ask them the most important questions,

"What must a person do to be saved?"

Let me know their answer(s) … YOU WILL BE AMAZED at what CHRSTIAN people will say, and actually, our Brother was able to bless someone JUST THE OTHER DAY because that man … LIKE OH SO MANY "professing" Christians will say,

"Repent & do good works."

… and then our heartbreaks, YET IS EMBOLDENED to give the Truth, JESUS, because they walk in churches EVERY WEEK, but DO NOT KNOW God's righteous DESPITE saying

"Jesus is Lord & Christ,"

but know NOT WHY.

Pray for that man to keep believing in the Truth that IS WRITTEN, the Truth which WAS READ to him, and we HOPE that man CALLS OUT TO JESUS with mouth and in the RIGHTEOUSNESS ONLY found in the Resurrection of Christ (Romans 10), thank you and Amen.

23 But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

David’s Psalm of Deliverance

1 And David spoke the words of this song to the Lord in the day that the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. 2 He said,

(“I love You, O Lord, my strength.”)

“The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;
3 My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge,
My shield a
nd the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge;

My Savior, You save me from violence.
4 “I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised,
And I am saved from my enemies.

Psalm 18:1-3

The Lord Praised for Giving Deliverance.

For the choir director. A Psalm of David the servant of the Lord, who spoke to the Lord the words of this song in the day that the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. And he said,

1 “I love You, O Lord, my strength.”
2 The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,
My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge;

(My Savior, You save me from violence.)
My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
3 I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised,
And I am saved from my enemies.

Acts 26:12-18

October 12, 2023

12 While so engaged as I was journeying to Damascus with the authority and commission of the chief priests, 13 at midday, O King, I saw on the way a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, shining all around me and those who were journeying with me. 14 And when we had all fallen to the ground, I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew dialect,

‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’

15 And I said, ‘Who are You, Lord?’

And the Lord said, ‘I am Jesus whom you are persecuting. 16 But get up and stand on your feet; for this purpose I have appeared to you, to appoint you a minister and a witness not only to the things which you have seen, but also to the things in which I will appear to you; 17 rescuing you from the Jewish people and from the Gentiles, to whom I am sending you, 18 to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.’

.

Acts 23:25-30

September 30, 2023

25 And he wrote a letter having this form:

26 “Claudius Lysias, to the most excellent governor Felix, greetings.

27 “When this man was arrested by the Jews and was about to be slain by them, I came up to them with the troops and rescued him, having learned that he was a Roman. 28 “And wanting to ascertain the charge for which they were accusing him, I brought him down to their Council; 29 and I found him to be accused over questions about their Law, but under no accusation deserving death or imprisonment.

30 “When I was informed that there would be a plot against the man, I sent him to you at once, also instructing his accusers to bring charges against him before you.”

Acts 23:6-11

September 27, 2023

6 But perceiving that one group were Sadducees and the other Pharisees, Paul began crying out in the Council, “Brethren, I am a Pharisee, a son of Pharisees; I am on trial for the hope and resurrection of the dead!” 7 As he said this, there occurred a dissension between the Pharisees and Sadducees, and the assembly was divided. 8 For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, nor an angel, nor a spirit, but the Pharisees acknowledge them all. 9 And there occurred a great uproar; and some of the scribes of the Pharisaic party stood up and began to argue heatedly, saying, “We find nothing wrong with this man; suppose a spirit or an angel has spoken to him?” 10 And as a great dissension was developing, the commander was afraid Paul would be torn to pieces by them and ordered the troops to go down and take him away from them by force, and bring him into the barracks.

11 But on the night immediately following, the Lord stood at his side and said,

“Take courage; for as you have solemnly witnessed to My cause

at Jerusalem, so you must witness at Rome also.”

Acts 23:1-5

September 23, 2023

1 Paul, looking intently at the Council, said, “Brethren, I have lived my life with a perfectly good conscience before God up to this day.” The high priest Ananias commanded those standing beside him to strike him on the mouth3 Then Paul said to him, “God is going to strike you, you whitewashed wall! Do you sit to try me according to the Law, and in violation of the Law order me to be struck?” 4 But the bystanders said, “Do you revile God’s high priest?” 5 And Paul said, “I was not aware, brethren, that he was high priest; for it is written,

‘YOU SHALL NOT SPEAK EVIL OF A RULER OF YOUR PEOPLE.’
